Who has access to the business account is strictly at the discretion of the business owner who created the listing.

2) My business name has changed, how can I change the details?

You can update your profile at any time by logging into your account and making the necessary changes.

3) What are the benefits of listing my services on Riders Resource?

Listing your services on Riders Resource increases your visibility, helps you reach a broader audience, and connects you with potential clients looking for your specific services.

4) Can I have multiple listings on Riders Resource?

Payment & Invoices

1) How can I pay for my listing?

You can pay for your listing through several convenient payment options. We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. 2) I need an invoice, where do I find this?

You can obtain your invoice by logging into your account and navigating to the ”Request Invoice” section. Your invoices will be listed there, and you can download or print them as needed. If you have any issues finding your invoice, please contact our support team for assistance.

1) Can I suggest a new category?

Yes, we welcome suggestions for new categories. If you have an idea for a category that you believe should be included, please contact our support team at hello@riders-resource.com with your suggestion. We review all submissions and consider them for future updates to our directory.

You can update your profile at any time by logging into your account and making the necessary changes.

Yes, a listing can belong to multiple categories. This helps ensure that your services are visible to users searching in various relevant areas. When setting up or editing your listing, you can select all applicable categories to maximize your reach.
